Delegates Dillon, Dean and Longanacre move to amend HB3095 on page 1, section §5B-2-16e, line 5, by striking the words “Secretary of the Department of Economic Development” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Superintendent of Schools”

And

On page 2, section §5B-2-16e, line 14, by striking the words “Secretary of the Department of Economic Development” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Superintendent of Schools”

And

On page 2, section §5B-2-16e, line 22, after the words “Department of” by striking the words “Economic Development” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Education”

And

On page 2, section §5B-2-16e, line 27, after the words “Department of” by striking the words “Economic Development” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Education”

And

On page 2, section §5B-2-16e, line 33, after the words “private sector grants” by inserting the words “specified by the Department of Education as applicable sources of grant funding for the purposes of this section”

And

On page 2, section §5B-2-16e, line 35, by striking the words “Secretary of the Department of Economic Development” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “State Superintendent of Schools”
